Hello Everyone!
My name is Leann, and I am a new Customer Support representative here at Gradual! For the past few years I have been working with businesses remotely so they can get the best results while using different SaaS platforms. I have handled a variety of different issues, ranging from basic setup and questions all the way to helping with backend development. I'm excited to expand my knowledge and use my skills here with the Gradual team!
Where were you born and where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
I was born and raised in the Chicago Suburbs. I thrived in winter conditions and thought I would stay in cold places for the rest of my life. When I was 17, I moved with my family to Texas. After spending almost a decade in Texas, I have found comfort in the heat and don't think I will go back to living in cold environments. I currently live in the East Texas Piney Woods and love it!
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
The best days off are spent outside! My favorite things to do are kayak, hike, or take photos of the wildlife. Every time I am on the water or in the woods, my mind becomes calm and I feel recharged.
What's one thing that can instantly make your day better?
Good food always makes my day better. I love cooking, but I love eating even more! Sweets are a favorite for me.
Would you say you’re more of an extrovert or an introvert?
I consider myself an introverted extrovert! Much like a chameleon, I can adapt to situations as needed. In my personal life, I am more quiet and enjoy to listen and people watch. However, if I'm more familiar with the group or have a role to lead the room, being an extrovert comes naturally!
What's your favorite thing about working at Gradual?
So far my favorite thing about working at Gradual is the opportunities for growth! I can see the different possibilities the platform already has, and there is so much more to come. This allows me to bring new ideas, grow my skills, grow with the company, and grow with our clients!
